I moved in on the fifth and there are lots of things that are still not working. My washing machine didn’t work when I first got here. My garbage disposal doesn’t work my icemaker doesn’t work there’s a leak in the sink there is a broken door stopper and the garbage disposal doesn’t work. I’ve been here for almost 2 weeks and these things still aren’t fixed. These walls are paper thin. I can hear everything that’s being said in the courtyard. Also, there are very bright lights in the courtyard that are on 24 seven blaring into my bedroom.

The staff is fantastic in every aspect. I’ve felt at home and safe during my time. I’ve loved living at the gossett. The team is Fantastic and location is wonderful.

It use to be a great place to live. It started going down hill in Fall of 2022. Nothing works anymore, the staff isn’t friendly to long time residents now, and it’s hard to get a hold of any of them.

The leasing staff was replaced and is so much better. The staff is amazing and the location is great. The gym does need some upkeep (missing parts/broken equipment). But other than that, lovely!

My overall experience has been largely positive. There have been recent problems with smell due to trash and the trash pickup system is somewhat frustrating given they do not pickup trash on weekends/only pickup recycling on one day. However, the location is great and staff is usually helpful.

We absolutely love the Gossett. We have lived here for 18 months and have no plans on leaving anytime soon. The residents and location are great.

poor security, no on-site package room, constant disruptions such as fire alarms and water/electricity shut offs. location is great but the quality of this community leaves much to be desired.

The neighbors and staff are friendly, but overall the building needs improvement in security, cleanliness, tech (fob building access frequently disrupted) and a few other issues that aren’t expected at a “luxury” building. Units are nice and maintenance is responsive, but with continued issues with the building the cost of the units will need to be reassessed to match the experience.
